01How it works
PayDay is a launchpad on Solana where holders get paid. Every coin launches on Raydium LaunchLab under the PayDay platform, trades on a bonding curve, and moves to a Raydium CPMM pool when the curve fills. Every transaction is signed in your own wallet; we never hold your keys or your funds.
02Launching a coin
Pick a name, a ticker and an image, sign, and the coin is live. Each coin has a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens, 793.1 million of them on the curve. It graduates at about 85 SOL: from then on it trades in a Raydium CPMM pool. 90% of the pool's LP tokens are burned and 10% stay locked with the platform, which earns their fees. The creator receives no LP.
Coin addresses end in "pay" when one is available in time; if not, the launch goes ahead with an ordinary address rather than making you wait.
03Holder payouts
The platform's share of every trade on a coin's curve is collected and paid to that coin's holders in SOL, pushed straight to their wallets with nothing to claim. A holder has to be owed at least 0.002 SOL to be included in a round; smaller amounts carry over. How much you receive depends entirely on how much the coin trades, and a coin with no volume pays nothing.
04Launch from X
Tag us on X with launch $TICKER Coin Name, under your own post or someone else's. The post becomes the coin: its photo is the image, its text the description. The launch is free, with no dev buy, and the creator fees are split 50/50 between you and PayDay. Limits per account apply and the bot tells you when you have reached one.
05Trading
Buy and sell from the coin page in your own wallet. On the curve, quotes come straight from the pool's on-chain state; after graduation the coin page links to Raydium.
06The PayDay token
$PayDay is the project's own coin. Its address is shown in the footer once it is live: always copy it from here.
07Fees
Every trade on the curve pays 1.75%: 1% to the PayDay platform, which goes to the coin's holders, 0.5% to the coin's creator, and 0.25% to Raydium. After graduation the Raydium CPMM pool charges its own 0.25% fee. Solana network fees are always yours.
08Risk notice
Transactions are irreversible. Once a Solana transaction confirms, it cannot be undone, refunded or reversed — not by us, not by anyone. If you send a trade you did not intend, that trade has happened.
Tokens launched here are not vetted. Anyone can create a token with any name, ticker, image and description. A token that borrows a well-known name has no connection to it. Assume that most launches are worth nothing and that some are created specifically to take money from buyers.
Prices are extremely volatile. A token can lose all of its value in minutes. A large holder selling can collapse the price with a single transaction — which is why the token page shows holder concentration.
Nothing here is advice. No part of this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Only risk what you can lose. Trade with money whose complete loss would not affect your life.
09Terms of use
By using PayDay you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the service is. PayDay is a software interface to public Solana programs. It displays on-chain data and assembles unsigned transactions for you to sign. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial institution, and it does not act on your behalf.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and keys, for every transaction you sign, for the content of any token you launch, and for using the site only where it is lawful for you to do so. You must not use PayDay to launch tokens that infringe someone's rights, impersonate a person or organisation, or facilitate fraud.
No warranty. The service is provided "as is". On-chain data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong; upstream services can fail; the site can be unavailable. We make no guarantee of accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent the law allows, PayDay and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site — including trading losses, missed transactions, network failures, or the actions of any token creator.
Changes. These terms may change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10Privacy
PayDay does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address or any other identifying information.
Your wallet address is used only to build transactions you asked for and to read balances shown in the interface. It is not linked to an identity and is not sold or shared.
Stored against your wallet. If you use them, your watchlist, alert settings, reminders, scheduled launches and community posts are stored on our server under your wallet address. Community posts are public. Removing a coin from your watchlist or cancelling a scheduled launch removes it.
Anonymous visit statistics. To see how the site is used, each page view and a few actions (connecting a wallet, a trade, a launch, signing in, turning on notifications) are counted without cookies. We store the page, the referring website, the country derived from your IP address, and the device type. Your IP address itself is not stored: a visitor is counted with a one-way code that changes every day, so visits cannot be linked across days or back to you. These statistics are kept for up to 400 days.
Stored on your device. Your theme preference and the tokens you have recently viewed are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Third parties. Using the site means talking to a Solana RPC provider and, for images and token metadata, to IPFS gateways. Token images are proxied through this site rather than fetched directly, so those gateways see our server rather than your browser. Your wallet provider has its own privacy policy, which governs what it does.
The blockchain is public. Every transaction you sign is permanently visible to anyone. That is a property of Solana, not a choice this site makes.
Questions about a specific token belong to whoever launched it — PayDay has no relationship with token creators.
